In 2001 Piers qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte (Perth) and brings to our clients extensive and diverse financial and corporate experience from previous senior management roles with Credit Suisse (London); Mizuho International, ABN Amro and NAB Capital.
Piers is a Non-Executive Director of Noronex Limited, OD6 Metals Limited and Chairman of Aurumin Limited.
James is a Director and equity partner of SmallCap Corporate and chartered secretary who commenced his career in audit and assurance with an international chartered accounting firm.
He is currently a non-executive director and company secretary to a number of ASX-listed companies and has a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience, having been involved with public company listings, mergers and acquisitions transactions and capital raisings for ASX-listed companies across the resource industry.
James is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and finance.
Sebastian is a Chartered Secretary and former ASX adviser with over 10 years’ experience in ASX IPOs, listing rule compliance, corporate advisory, and governance.
He is an experienced company secretary working directly with company boards to effectively perform corporate activities including ASX listings, capital raisings, transactions, public announcements, and investor relations.
Sebastian holds qualifications in accounting, finance and corporate governance and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Victor is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, advisory and auditing experience. Victor provides a range of services, including financial reporting and compliance, management reporting and company secretarial services. He previously worked at Bentleys Audit & Corporate as an audit manager for 8 years, with a client base pre-dominantly consisted of ASX-listed companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Robbie is a Corporate Advisory Executive who joined SmallCap Corporate in 2021. Robbie is responsible for a range of services, including Company Secretarial requirements for both listed and unlisted entities. Robbie currently serves as the Company Secretary of Victory Goldfields (ASX: 1VG), Cosmos Exploration Limited (ASX: C1X), Kairos Minerals Limited (ASX:KAI), Odessa Minerals Limited (ASX: ODE) and Volt Resources Limited (ASX:VRC).
Robbie has an extensive number of years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining SmallCap Corporate, Robbie spent 4 years in London working at a leading investment research provider in the private equity sector. Robbie has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Finance and Economics.
Kian is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of financial reporting, accounting, advisory and auditing experience. He is currently a financial accountant to a number of ASX-listed and Unlisted Public Companies. He is responsible for yearly and half yearly reporting requirements, quarterly reporting, BAS lodgements and day to day bookkeeping.
Kian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University and is an associate member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Rowan is a Corporate Advisory Executive who joined SmallCap Corporate in 2022. Rowan currently serves as Company Secretary for Lion Energy Limited (ASX:LIO) and MGC Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX & LSE:MXC). Rowan holds a Master of Finance degree as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Banking & Finance) from Curtin University.
During his studies, Rowan worked as a banking consultant at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and completed an internship at Merchant Group in 2020.
